Orders and payment

All prices are in Australian dollars (AUD) and include GST where applicable. We accept major credit and debit cards via Shopify Payments. Your order is confirmed when you receive an order confirmation email.

We reserve the right to cancel an order if a product is unexpectedly out of stock or if there is a pricing error. In this case we will notify you and issue a full refund.

Shipping

We ship from Australia using Australia Post and affiliated carriers. Delivery times are estimates and not guaranteed. Risk of loss and title for goods pass to you upon delivery to the carrier.

Intellectual property

All artwork, text, and design on this site is the intellectual property of Foul Markings or used with the permission of the respective creator. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from any content on this site without written permission.

Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by law, Foul Markings is not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of our site or products. Our liability to you in connection with any order is limited to the price you paid for that order.

Nothing in these terms limits rights you have under Australian Consumer Law.

Disputes

If you have a complaint about an order, contact us first at hi@foulmarkings.com and we will work with you to resolve it. These terms are governed by the laws of Queensland, Australia. Any disputes that cannot be resolved informally are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Queensland.

We may update these terms from time to time. The current version is always published on this page. Continued use of the site after a change constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
